Esta problem\u00e1tica ha motivado el trabajo conjunto de Oikonos con diversos actores para avanzar de manera urgente en el monitoreo y mitigaci\u00f3n de esta amenaza, a trav\u00e9s de soluciones innovadoras. Estos impactos son m\u00e1s relevantes en algunos sectores como la poblaci\u00f3n El Escoc\u00e9s y el Borde Costero desde que se instalaron luces LED. Esta problem\u00e1tica motiv\u00f3 el trabajo conjunto con diversos actores \u2014comunidad local, Municipalidad de Juan Fern\u00e1ndez, OPCC, Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas, empresas\u2014 para cambiar las luminarias del alumbrado p\u00fablico en diferentes sectores por unas que generan menos impactos sobre las aves. En 2017 se instalaron luces con filtro verde \u201camigables con aves marinas\u201d en la poblaci\u00f3n El Escoc\u00e9s y en 2013 en la Reserva Comunal. Hemos registrado algunos eventos puntuales de grandes ca\u00eddas de aves asociados a la iluminaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos como la multicancha o el gimnasio durante eventos comunitarios. Esto ha motivado el trabajo conjunto con la comunidad local para reemplazar los focos LED exteriores de estos lugares por unos que generan menos impactos sobre las aves marinas, al ser menos intensos y de coloraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s c\u00e1lida.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_5&#8243;
